WEDDINGS
We can provide all sorts of extras for your wedding celebrations - lights to decorate the inside of the building, floodlights to illuminate the outside, disco lights and mirror balls for the dance floor, sound systems for djs, bands or for you to play your own music, microphones for speaches, special effects such as low smoke or bubbles even laser shows incorporating laser projections of the names of the bride and groom. Some examples of what we can do are shown below along with some guide prices. These prices include set up in good time on the day and removal afterwards. Delivery and collection are charged separately and depend on the location. However please do contact us to discuss your requirements so we can give you our best quote for the full job. Up Lights Can be used to enhance the appearance of the building.
Here up-lights are used to highlight the columns in the Great Hall at Dulwich College.		Here up-lights are used to add decoration and colour to the walls.
to install 12-15 fixed colour up-lights is £120

Colour Changing or Fixed Colour or Bright White LED Up Lights Can be used to add extra interest and movement
Dancing in the South Cloisters at Dulwich College		The shapes of the arches are nicely highlighted with these pink LED lights.
to install 12-14 colour-changing LED lights is £200
The intensity of the colour from the LED lights is beautiful and they will slowly change though the whole spectrum. Or for an extra £20 we can program the lights so that they slowly change between colours of your choosing - to match your colour scheme or the bridesmaids' dresses or the flowers		Because LED lights remain cool even with prolonged use we recommend them in situations where people might lean against them or where there are children, other lights get hot and are a potential risk.

Star Cloths Look like stars twinkling in the night sky. Can be used as a backdrop to the DJ, band, harpist... or behind the main table
The ceilng of this marquee has been covered in a star cloth to give a starry night effect		Our star cloths are made from bright white LED lights, they can be static or slowly fade or change pattern with the beat of the music if put behind the DJ
to install a 3m wide by 2m high star cloth is £50 including provision of stands if necessary to install a 6m wide by 3m high star cloth is £75 if there are hanging points in the building to install a 6m wide by 3m high star cloth with stands and trussing is £110
The look can be softened by hanging a transluscent voile curtain in front of the cloth so the lights still sparkle through.		Add a white voile for £15 per small star cloth, £30 for a large star cloth

Inflatable Hearts Something different - fun yet still romantic

to install 2 hearts £80
the hearts are approx 1m wide and 1m high		they come with lights inside so that they glow

External Lights External Flood lights can be used to high-light the outside of the building or any shrubs and trees outside

Guide price for installing 8 floodlights around the building is £150
For buildings bright white or pink flood lights look good		Green lights work well with foliage

Dance Floor Lights
Mirror/Disco/Glitter Balls These produce a soft effect of reflected spots of light slowly gyrating around the room

to install one 40cm mirror ball with rotator on a stand plus 2 spotlights is £50
The spotlights can be white or other colours of your choice

Moving Disco Type Lights These will move with the beat of the music
Martin Acrobat lights are popular - they produce a host of tiny beams of light which spread all around the room and change colour and pattern with the beat of the music
to install 2 acrobat lights on stands £80
the lights can be linked together so that all of the lights are synchronised projecting the same pattern and colour

Special Effects
Bubbles and Low Smoke The Bride and Groom can be showered with bubbles as they leave the Church or enter the reception Or they can be shrouded in low smoke as they take to the dance floor for the first dance

We can install these special effects machines but the DJ or the best man? would be needed to press the button at the right time in the proceedings!		NB this machine requires 10kg of ice to be placed in the tank 20mins before use in order to work properly (not provided by Clubtek)

Laser Projections The names of the Bride and Groom up in lights
using a full colour laser we can project all sorts of images appropriate for weddings and we can project your messages too

For Musicians or DJs or your own music from a laptop Excellent Audio Quality means the music will have depth and clarity without anyone's ear's ringing
